Thanks to our hardworking volunteers, Orchid Fair usually runs like a well-oiled machine.  If you will be helping at the show, here are a few ground rules for setup:

Wednesday is the preliminary setup day to get the infrastructure (tables, pipe and drape and large display components) in place.  No vendor materials are allowed in on Wednesday.

Thursday is the main setup day for all vendors, displays, art and photography entries.

For times outside of Enjoy Centre retail hours (see above), all persons must use the Entrance #1.

Entrance #1 is not open during Salisbury Greenhouse retail hours.

Please do not enter the retail area outside of retail hours (see above).

All show materials must be brought in and out through the LOADING DOCK DOOR #5 on the north side of the building (NOT ENTRANCE #5).

Please clear the loading dock immediately after you have unloaded.

No material shall be brought in or out through the retail entrances.

Please unload your carts promptly and return them to the elevator area for the next person to use.

The pre-sale of orchids on Thursday evening starts at 6 pm. Please note that only Orchid Fair volunteers are allowed to participate in the pre-sale.  Please try to curb your enthusiasm until 6 pm arrives.  The vendors need time to set up their spaces before they are inundated with eager buyers!

PARKING: There is now an overflow parking area on the South side of the enjoy Centre.  We ask the show volunteers please use the overflow parking area during show hours.  This will free up parking for the orchid show guests.  There is now a wooden bridge connecting the two parking lots...no more dirty shoes!
